1. The arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and receipt of the non-refundable deposit from the client is confirmation that he/she/they understand, accept and agree these conditions. All booking must be made in writing on the form below.
2. In these terms "owner" refers to the owner and her chosen representatives.
3. When booking the client shall pay the specified deposits. When the owner accepts the booking the deposit will be retained and go towards the cost of the apartment rental. The owner cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the receipt and our confirmation of the same. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable upon booking, and balance payable 4 weeks before arrival date.
4. Payment in full for bookings made within 4 weeks before the arrival date must accompany the booking form.
5. After receiving your final payment, information will be mailed to you regarding directions and access to the apartment.
6. In order to ensure that the apartment is clean and ready for your arrival and for the party following you, we specify that the rental begins at 5.00pm (local time) on the arrival date and ends at 10.00am (local time) on the departure date.
7. If the accommodation offered cannot be provided before the departure date, due to circumstances beyond the owner's control, the owner undertakes to offer either alternative accommodation or a refund for the accommodation.
8. The booking deposit is non-refundable, once we have confirmed the booking to you in writing.
9. If clients should cancel the holiday, or the company cancels the arrangements due to clients failure to pay within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied based on the following:
Period before departure date. Cancellation charge.
More than 60 days Deposit only
42 to 60 days 30%
29 to 41 days 50%
14 to 28 days 75%
less than 14 days 100%
All cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date that your written cancellation reaches us.
10. The apartment will not be rented to a person under 21 years of age.
11. You must not sub-let the accommodation, allow persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight or allow pets or animals to stay in the apartment.
12. The owner cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage & personal affects), suffered by you or any other visitor to the apartment or swimming pool.
13. The owner cannot be held responsible in any way if war, riots, cival commotion, terrorist activities, strikes, disaster, technical problems or any other events beyond the control of the owner bring any cancellation or change by the owner.
14. Persons/ children under the age of 21 years are not accepted unless accompanied by a parent of adult.
15. Please be advised that you are liable for any damage to the apartment or its contents.
16. Changeover Day: preference is given to Saturday arrivals and departures. Accommodation is available from 3pm on date of arrival, and needs to be vacated by 10am on the date of departure.
